Job Description

Company on Kennedy and Westshore seeking a kind and professional Account Coordinator to assist with the Client Side of health saving packagaes.


The Account Coordinator has overall responsibility for the accurate and timely implementation of new clients onto the Company's Software FSA and COBRA platforms, coordinate client annual enrollment, process account changes such as addresses changes, contact changes and set up new products and services.




  • Manages assigned workflow through CRM queue to meet company quality and service level timelines.


  • Processes direct client and account manager requests timely and accurately in multiple systems, includes manually or electronically processing changes and post audit.


  • Requests include COBRA and Flex Product set-up’s in online system, annual renewals and ongoing changes.


  • Reviews and verifies submitted documents to determine any errors and correct as necessary prior to processing request, may include reaching out to the client/broker or Account Manager.


  • Back up support to the Account Management team.


  • Coordinates with clients and brokers to ensure cohesive service.


  • On a daily and ongoing basis, respond within service level timelines to telephone, email and fax requests from clients and brokers and quickly resolve issues. This may require reviewing prior tickets, records and documents.


  • Ability to prioritize requests to meet critical internal and government mandated timelines.


  • Scan, store and secure documents per Company policy to ensure security and accessibility for necessary internal teams.





About You






  • FSA/COBRA experience helpful


  • Direct client/broker experience


  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented


  • Excellent overall communication skills


  • Google experience helpful


  • High School Diploma or GED required







  • Excellent Customer Service skills REQUIRED
