Job Description


We are seeking an Account Executive to drive business, close deals, and work with our team to improve our business!

The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for designing and implementing interactive communication and decision-making processes. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. The job requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas and policies within the organization, or products or services in the marketplace. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a “selling” rather “telling” communication style. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.


Job Description


In this position, you will join a tight-knit team that serves loyal, long-term customers and builds established business relationships and develops new business. There is a need for an effective communicator while being able to be responsive to others needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the company's customers, or all of the above. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.


  • New business development.
  • Develop, maintain and increase client relationships in assigned territory by developing a strategic sales plan and targeting prospective clients.
  • Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
  • Perform marketing calls, both in-person and by telephone, to set and complete weekly appointments.
  • Provide customized information for proposal generation; close new business.

 Job Requirements


    • At least 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B capacity in a service industry. Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
    • 2 or 4 year College Degree preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Energetic, self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
