Looking for a person with 4 plus years digital agency experience.
Manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand client and project portfolio.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective agency growth strategies and corresponding processes.
Find new avenues and channels for business growth including verticals and horizontals. Develop strategic business and marketing relationships.
Negotiate contracts and other business documents to further deal management.
Develops a comprehensive plan which outlines measurable objectives and outlines courses of action for all significant activity during the year.
Uncover new opportunities, drive efficiencies, and expand business development
Directs public relations and research activities as needed.
Responsible for financial performance of the organization and related entities.
Upholds the mission, core values and key beliefs of the organization in all actions, decisions, policies, and contracts.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
*ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE*
Business Development experience.
Four to Ten years of relevant experience and/or training.
Leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, decisive, visionary, analytical, teamwork-oriented, business savvy.
Possesses a positive "can-do" attitude.
Critical thinker and creative problem solver who seeks win-win solutions, builds bridges and relationships within and outside the organization.
Mandatory discretion and professional judgment in dealing with confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) and use of the Internet.
Exceptional people skills and high level of proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, stakeholders.
