Sales Jobs Network is looking for a Manager of our new Candidate Services Division. This division is responsible for providing candidate related services like resume preparation, career coaching, and other types of job seeker services. The position will initially require personal writing of resumes but will grow to manage the processes of marketing our services through our sales and event facilitator teams, managing Internet and collateral sales materials, managing other resume writers and career counselors, and overseeing all fulfillment. This division has an established lead generation system and an existing sales team.
This is a home based, part or flex-time position that reports directly to the company president. It is a good fit for someone not wanting to work regular hours in a traditional role, but still wanting to be part of a growing organization with high income potential. Compensation will be a combination of writing fees, overwrite on other writers, and commissions on upsold services.
