About the Company:

Our Client is a trusted Medical Center committed to improving the health of Massachusetts through excellence in clinical care, health services, and educational research. They are currently seeking a Development Coordinator for a contract position.


  • Coordinate and oversee registration process which includes development of marketing materials for Organization and Development course promotions, scheduling, and instructors for learning and development purposes
  • Maintain documentation (schedules, locations, payments) and coordinate all audio-visual and other requests
  • Maintain participant record keeping and follow up to resolve issues
  • Work with the Director on skills training initiatives to enhance the skill development and retention of current workforce
  • Collaborate with Purchasing as necessary and maintain contract information, ensure billing and recording are maintained
  • Administer the Tuition Assistance program, reviewing tuition assistant applications, verifying employee eligibility information, ensuring employee submit appropriate documentation to establish guidelines




  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related area is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related and progressively more responsible experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to influence others, gather information from groups and individuals
  • Requires a good working knowledge of training/educational practices and procedures
