As the Executive Assistant to the CMO/VP Ops you are providing direct, high-level confidential support to these Senior Executives. You will manage correspondence, calendars, meeting minutes taking, etc. You will also work with other administrative support staff to ensure adequate coverage for reception desk as needed.

Executive Assistant responsibilities will include:
Travel arrangements and meeting coordination/logistics as well as taking meeting notes.
Managing expense reporting and reconciliation.
