We are looking for a kick-ass WordPress Developer to join the BlueGlass marketing team! If you’re awesome with WordPress development, can take designs and make them into fully functional and responsive pages AND have a great attitude -- we want to work with you.

What Will You Be Doing?

TL; DR Version: turning awesome designs into awesome pages and figuring out ways to constantly push the envelope and do things even better.

Requirements:

What Kind of Experience Do You Need?

• You have to be really good with front-end WordPress development. But we’re guessing you already figured that out.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• A good grasp of WordPress functions, hooks, and APIs.
• Working knowledge of Git and SVN.
• Experience using PhotoShop, AI, or similar software to help turn a nice design into a responsive page.
• Ability to exercise creative judgement and drive to bring new ideas to the table.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 Anything else?

• At the end of the day, it really all comes down to attitude. You should be someone who has a basic understanding of marketing and wants to figure  out ways to make things happen.
• You have to love what you do. Seriously love it.
• Have a portfolio or at least a bunch of links to what you’ve done and be able to show us exactly what your role was.

And yes, there definitely will be a test.
