Full Cycle Recruiter/ Account Manager


Position Summary:

iTalent Digital, a digital consulting company headquartered in the Bay Area in downtown San Jose is looking for a rockstar Full cycle Recruiter/ Account Manager who will manage, drive sourcing and end-to-end recruitment, and manage our retail clients. We specialize in Change Management consulting, Social Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Product Development, and Mobile App Development. Our clientele includes names such as Cisco, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, Veritas, eBay, Intel, and fast-growing retail companies like Sephora, and Shiseido.


The Recruiter/ Account Manager will be guided by our principle to hire only the best and understands the value we add to our clients. We are looking for a highly driven, experienced Recruiter/ Account Manager who has a “can do” attitude and the zeal and motivation to “close” out on opportunities, while providing a white-glove experience to our clients.


The successful candidate will be an excellent organizer, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great network of talented individuals for iTalent.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements, conduct research, and prepare Job Descriptions that are true reflections of the requirement the client is looking to fill
  • Gain understanding of technical, engineering (software/ hardware), non-technical requirements that the client frequently seeks out and keep abreast of upcoming trends in those fields
  • Post jobs on all available job boards and ensure requirements are posted & refreshed regularly
  • Utilize Job boards such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc. and Source Active and Passive candidates extensively for open positions
  • Ensure all procured profiles are added to the Resume database on company ATS ZOHO
  • Screen applications and conduct first round of interviews to validate the candidates’ relevance to the job, interests, and career goals and ensure they are aligned with our own opportunity
  • Negotiate compensation terms keeping budget, market rates and candidates’ own interests in mind and arriving at a win-win mutual ground
  • Schedule interview appointments (telephone/ Webex/ in-person) with the Account Manager and/ or directly with the client hiring team and ensure the candidate is set up for a successful interview
  • Ensure communication with all parties is documented and everyone is well aware of next steps
  • On selection, ensure consultant starts and completes the OnBoarding process (background check, reference checks, documentation with client) within time
  • Coordinate with HR and client-side participants to ensure OnBoarding is smooth and consultant is well-equipped with information and tools that s/he needs to undertake a successful start
  • Provide a high-touch, white glove experience to all parties you interact with – Account Managers, Hiring Managers, Candidates, Consultants (both prospective and hired) Internal iTalent teams, and add value at every level
  • Resolve any transactional issues the consultant faces while on the job
  • Assist Consultant at the time of OffBoarding, ensure the engagement is closed out to the satisfaction of the client, in terms of hand-over and record-keeping, communicate OffBoarding details to internal Finance and HR teams and ensure process is smooth and without hurdles
  • Hold intake calls with hiring managers to gain and understand requirements for open positions
  • Manage client job portals for submission process
  • Have a direct interface with the clients, and be their primary point of contact
  • Manage client expectations, relationships, build rapport and network with hiring managers, with the intention of expanding business
  • Follow all internal best practices, suggest and implement process improvements
  • Follow up on employee referrals and past candidates/ consultants, and building out those relationships


Required Skills:


  •        3-5 years of Recruiting / Sourcing experience. 
  •        3-5 years of B2B Account Management/ Sales experience
  •        Excellent written and verbal communications. 
  •        Experienced and skilled in Customer Service.
  •        Bachelors degree required. 
  •        Demonstrable previous success in making successful placements and hires.
  •        Proven experience in Boolean Logic.
  •    Experience in using major job boards and websites such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed.com, etc. 
  •        Experience with utilizing applicant tracking system (ZOHO Recruit is a plus).
  •        Great social skills. Ability to get along with people at all levels.
  •        Previous experience working with client portals and VMS systems/partners. 












Desired/ Preferred:


· Technical recruiting is a plus (software development and engineering).

· Previous experience with professional services consulting (SOW placements).


Education: Bachelor’s degree in related technical field of study combined with sufficient relevant work experience required.
