Chicago's premier residential real estate company, Baird & Warner, is looking for a qualified professional to join our City North Sales Office as a Part Time Social Media Coordinator with a strong background in Social Media. This position is about 20 hours a week and will require one weekend day of work.

Responsibilities:

• Execute weekly social media plan as determined by Managing Broker and Sales Support Manager
• Find and promote residential real estate data on specified day in accordance with above plan
• Establish consistent communication practices across all social media platforms.
• Developing creative blog content with a real estate focus.
• Prepare status reports for internal use.
• Answer phones and greet visitors, and maintain office appearance
• Assist with listing input & various real estate related duties
• Misc tasks assigned by Sales Support Manager

Requirements:

• High School or equivalent
• 1-2 years professional non-real estate office experience required
• Video blogging and video editing experience a plus
• Experience with Social Media sites (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogger, etc)
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Drive platform
• Proficient in interactive technology
• Exceptional writing, grammatical, verbal, communication skills and ability to present ideas and information clearly
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly
• Strong attention to detail, outstanding organization skills and sound judgment
• Solution-oriented problem solver
• Google Analytics and metrics reporting
• Must enjoy working in a multi-tasking environment
