Our Michigan based human resources (HR) outsourcing firm provides services to over 100 companies throughout Michigan and the U.S. These clients rely on our team for a full range of HR services, including recruiting process outsourcing, policy development, risk management and consulting, employee development, and more. Given the growth of our client base, we need to increase our team immediately!
The next member of our staff will have a strong recruiting background and the ability to work in dynamic (and sometimes crazy) environment. If you are tired of the staffing services model of making placements or the contingency fee candidate sales pitch, this is an ideal situation to move you in to a profession HR role, working directly alongside our clients as part of their internal team. No more sending mediocre candidates on to your customer in the hopes of getting a fee, only to find out the other service beat you to the punch!
Successful candidates on our team generally have the following qualities:
· Effective communication skills, including both verbal and written
· Experience sourcing candidates
· Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
· Strong internal compass for assessing candidates
· Tech-savvy, including ATS systems, MS Office, etc.

The recruiting process will include a phone screen, at least two in person interviews, personality and skill assessments, a background check, and a drug test.
