Responsibilities:

 Recruiter/Client Service Manager is responsible for:

• Hitting monthly weeks booked new/renewal placement/lock goals
• Partner with team on pro-active recruitment efforts to create pipeline of talent
• Source, assess, select, and manage candidates through entire recruitment process.
• Act as primary liaison for all staffing operations between Onward Healthcare and our hospital clients
• Source, identify, and grow available job orders for nursing professionals
• Review all nursing candidates to ensure they meet the position and clinical requirements of client hospitals
• Market Onward Healthcare travel nurses for consideration for open job opportunities
• Maintain daily contact with clients to ensure hospitals are rapidly moving on Onward Healthcare candidate submissions
• Develop account management programs to maximize the number of nurses working within assigned region
• Manage any customer service issues between Onward Healthcare and our clients

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities The ability to meet and exceed sales goals, quotas, and objectives.
• Candidates must have a solid history of recruiting, healthcare recruiting or sales management preferably within the travel staffing industry.
• Must have business development focus and background.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills are required.
• The ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• The ability to drive sales through networking and relationship building
• Highly organized and able to prioritize with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent business acumen
• Bachelor degree required
