The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the daily oversight of recruitment functions while personally participating actively in the recruitment process. The Recruiter works hand in hand with the National and Local Talent Acquisition Managers and other Managers to insure that C3 recruitment related goals are met. The Recruiter helps ensure that C3 is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and raising awareness of the company and job opportunities. Recruiters may have client facing interaction. The recruiter will work necessary days and hours (including some weekends) to ensure hiring goals are met.
