Responsibilities:

 Staffing Manager is responsible for:

•  Hitting monthly weeks booked new/renewal placement/lock goals
• Full circle recruiting
• Heavy business development
• Partner with team on pro-active recruitment efforts to create pipeline of talent
• Assist in the development of recruitment strategy
• Research - develop candidates using internal database, external websites, as well as outside research
• Networking - pursue & develop relationships with potential candidates and key industry executives.
• Conduct exploratory interviews on a regular basis and develop candidate management system.
• Source, assess, select, and manage candidates through entire recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain future contact files for all areas

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

 Minimum 2+ years experience in executive recruiting in a corporate environment or executive recruiting firm.

• Must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities The ability to meet and exceed sales goals, quotas, and objectives.
• Candidates must have a solid history of recruiting, healthcare recruiting or sales management preferably within the travel staffing industry.
• Must have business development focus and background.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills are required.
• The ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• The ability to drive sales through networking and relationship building
• Highly organized and able to prioritize with attention to detail
•  Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters and information
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent business acumen
• Bachelor degree required
