We are looking for a passionate Search Analyst with a curious mind to support our BlueGlass Strategy Development Team in data collection, analysis, and marketing tasks. Online marketing campaigns are never as simple, or black and white as "if you build it they will come."  Our strategy team examines every aspect of a client's online marketing profile, and develops successful strategies that make a difference to our clients' business.  Every client is different, and the strategies we provide to them run the gamut of paid, organic, social, and content marketing.  The Marketing Analyst's role is fundamental in contributing the information to develop the strategy, and analyzing the results to provide insights to improve campaigns on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Data collection using various third party and proprietary tools for auditing.
• Performing and assembling competitive research across many Internet Marketing channels including social media networks, blog networks, etc.
• Assisting with weekly internal team updates on client performance.
• Taking direction and working with strategists on producing best practices docs for the strategy team.
• Assistance with competitive intelligence research and monitoring
• Organizes and presents data to Strategists for analysis.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for strategy.
• Organize and maintain excel workbooks, documents, and internal reports.
• Participation in necessary client kick-off calls.
• Curiosity and passion – the individual has a strong desire to learn all facets of the ever changing Internet Marketing landscape

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
• Social media knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Highly organized and able to adapt in a constantly changing industry.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
