Job Description:
BlueGlass Interactive is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for guiding our clients through the BlueGlass Services process and ensuring that their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
You are a trusted advisor for our client’s Internet marketing needs, you are able to fully understand the service offerings delivered by our company and ensure that client’s goals are being met and communication is fluid. Likewise, you will work with the client and BlueGlass to identify new opportunities in online marketing for the client to grow their business online. You are comfortable with creating and implementing a system that works.
As a Senior Account Manager, you see the big picture of the brand, account and individual projects, but you also understand the nuances and details involved…and refuse to let any of it fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain account management processes within the organization.
- Manage client expectations and respond to client’s needs.
- Brief all team members on the goals of our clients, and make sure that projects are on track and stay on track
- Respond to the Services Department with any questions on client projects.
- Log all client communication in the appropriate internal spaces.
- Constant and consistent client communications to ensure we are accomplishing established goals.
- Coordinate with Directors to ensure we are delivering services according to client SOW.
- Assess all communications between clients and Services department.
- Manage client concerns with a sense of urgency and resolution-focused attitude.
- Provide clients with information of new BlueGlass service offerings that provide added benefits.
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship building, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and implement an account management system and train others to work within in.
- Have a strong understanding of Internet Marketing and all the disciplines within it.
- Ability to problem solve and get to the root of any issue that arises.
- Expert level with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with project management systems.
- Strong social media knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Highly organized and able to adapt in a constantly changing industry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Open to change and willing to learn new skills.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Internet marketing, advertising, digital marketing or public relations account management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
