Talent Acquisition Phone Sales Specialist

Position Purpose: This position is responsible for making outbound calls utilizing multiple channels to source candidates (job boards, aggregators, talent network, referrals).  Follows call script and job profiles to engage applicants and conduct base line screening prior to scheduling appointment.


Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager


Job Responsibilities

  1. Source all channels online and offline; job boards, aggregators, Talent Network to build and maintain candidate pool
  2. Ensure applicants are welcomed, assessed, interviewed and responded to in a timely, professional environment that makes them want to work for C3
  3. Source candidates/Manage multiple job boards
  4. Scheduling Interviews per established targets
  5. Base line screening of applicants as a first level assessment process
  6. Compiling and tracking call results report
  7. Other TA administrative duties as assigned by TA Manger



  1. One year experience in Talent Acquisition function preferred.
  2. 6 months sales experience a must - phone sales environment preferred
  3. Strong communication skills –both written and verbal
  4. Follow up emails, text messaging to applicants
  5. Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid hiring deadlines
  6. Maintain the utmost in professionalism and confidentiality
  7. Ability to manage challenging TA situations when they present themselves including high volume scheduling of applicants
  8. Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
  9. Proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows
