Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Purpose: This position is responsible for preparing and sending new hire offer letters, collection of new hire paperwork including I-9 processing, completion of file before sending to Corporate, review and preparation of Payroll Action Notice (PAN). Assists in conducting new hire inquiries. Responsible for programs such as tuition reimbursement and processing of employee referrals. Responsible for employee file maintenance. Work with Timekeeping Coordinator to insure accurate employee setup and correct pay.
