Job Description

The role of the Sales Development Representative is to generate leads, engage prospects, and schedule demos for their sales team. This is a critical business development role with high growth potential in a dynamic and quickly expanding sales organization. The role is based in London,UK and will work alongside seasoned industry veterans. Recruitics is looking to hire someone with a lot of energy and drive who is eager to hit the ground running from day one. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Email and cold call prospects in order to generate fresh leads and schedule demos for the sales team – this role is all about prospecting, prospecting, prospecting!!
  • Must have the ability to articulate the Recruitics value proposition and educate clients around the power of Recruitics.
  • Submit standard sales metrics, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports, on a regular and timely basis.


  • The only absolute requirement – MUST have the drive and desire to succeed, grow, and GSD, get stuff done!!
  • 1+ years of related business development or sales experience preferred.
  • Staffing and Recruiting market knowledge is preferred; Search Marketing industry experience advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience with all MS Office applications and preferably a CRM software required.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a high energy level and degree of integrity, be self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence.
  • Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments.
