The role of the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager is to engage prospects and achieve sales progress with a broad number of opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales process from prospect to close.
  • Respond directly to all sales opportunities with a focus on breaking into new markets.
  • Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
  • Must have the ability to articulate the Recruitics value proposition and educate clients around the power of Recruitics.
  • Generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop, negotiate, and structure long-term relationships with clients.
  • Submit standard sales metrics, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports, on a regular and timely basis.
  • Develop proposals together with Sales Engineering and Operations Departments.
  • 6+ years of experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications, and account management expertise.
  • Experience selling into staffing and recruiting is preferred; Search Marketing industry experience advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
  • Experience with all MS Office applications, a CRM software, and a proven ability to be resourceful leveraging technology and web platforms for enhanced due diligence.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a high energy level and degree of integrity, be self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence.
  • Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments.
  • Quota carrying sales experience, ideally in online media, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or other subscription based services
  • Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience including product management, business development, engineering, and C-level executives
  • Candidate must be familiar with and have had experience selling enterprise high tech solutions to retailers and brands; leading the day-to-day sales initiatives.
